NoShowGuard helps restaurants reduce no‑shows by confirming attendance via WhatsApp. We take privacy seriously.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers (via Clerk).
• Message data: recipient phone numbers and message bodies you initiate for confirmations.
• Billing data: customer and subscription details (via Stripe).

How we use data

• To provide the service (link WhatsApp, send confirmations, show metrics).
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.
• To process payments and subscriptions.

Data retention

Account and billing records are retained as required by law. You can request deletion of your account any time.
